Our Groveton project, located in the Sunnyside community is a perfect example of the S23 mission! A first time homeowner purchased the property to live in one unit and rent out the other unit.

We redeveloped an underserved area, created a homeowner & investor simultaneously while providing quality, affordable rental housing!

Royce Square is our first community, which will consist of 4 duplexes,  totaling 8 rental units.

Each duplex is a two story property w/ 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The goal is to provide multi-family housing so that investors can provide quality, affordable rental housing.

Series 3 is currently our largest development thus far! Tinera Terrace is a community of 24 single family homes located in the heart of Acres Homes. 

This project will focus on 1st time home buyers that desire to become homeowners and utilize the City of Houston's down payment assistance.
